Public schools and government agencies may use purchase orders. The purchase order must have a contact phone number and authorization signature. Individuals, privately owned schools, and companies should secure their purchase order with a credit card.

In most cases, a credit account can be set up with one bank reference and five business references. The first purchase must be pre-paid or purchased with a credit card.
